1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Parties

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and h baje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website located at h-baje.net and all associated services, features, games, and promotions offered thereon.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence. The Platform operates in English and all communications between the Platform and Players are conducted in English.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and h baje with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

1.4 Amendments

h baje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the h baje platform on or after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure via our support team.

1.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

The h baje platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, participate in any game, or claim any bonus or promotion. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification

h baje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following an unusual pattern of account activity. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time frame specified in the request will result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

2.3 Underage Play

If h baje determines at any point that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered. h baje will not pay winnings generated by an underage player under any circumstances.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The h baje platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of h baje is lawful in your jurisdiction. h baje does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. Providing false location information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of h baje services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide, at minimum, the following information: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document; a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number; a unique password of sufficient complexity; and confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older and have read and accepted these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active h baje account at any given time. The Platform monitors for duplicate accounts using a combination of identity document matching, mobile number verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method association. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at h baje's sole discretion.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, h baje operates a KYC verification process. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport); a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in the Player's name). KYC verification is typically required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be triggered at other times at the Platform's discretion.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. h baje will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials. You must notify h baje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h baje currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time at h baje's discretion. Current availability of each method is displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Player's account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. h baje reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts based on account activity, verification status, or risk assessment.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's h baje account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to process depending on the sending institution. h baje is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by h baje within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the h baje support team. h baje does not accept withdrawal requests to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

h baje reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an identity or fraud review. In cases where a suspected breach of these Terms is under investigation, the Platform may place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance for up to 30 days while the investigation is conducted. Players will be informed of any such hold via the email address registered to their account.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the h baje platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). h baje does not operate foreign currency accounts and does not support deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than BDT. Any currency conversion that occurs outside the Platform — for example, through a Player's bank or mobile wallet — is conducted at the Player's own risk and cost.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

h baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section as well as any additional terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between this section and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that individual promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by h baje are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ৳20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the h baje platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the promotions page and are subject to change.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the associated wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are stated on the individual promotion page and typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the Player's account.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

h baje reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings generated from that bonus if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a payment method not registered in the Player's own name; placing offsetting bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without assuming genuine risk; or exploiting a platform error or misconfigured bonus configuration.

5.6 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register a verified h baje account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only and may not be claimed more than once per individual, household, device, or payment method. Full welcome bonus terms, including the qualifying deposit amount, percentage match, and wagering requirements, are displayed on the Platform's promotions page and are subject to change at h baje's discretion.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the h baje platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable Bangladeshi law or the laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h baje platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account using false information
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino environments
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your h baje account or account credentials to any third party
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software
• Making deposits using funds derived from illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players via any communication channel

6.3 Responsible Use

You agree to use the Platform in a responsible manner consistent with the guidance set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy. h baje encourages Players to set deposit limits, session alerts, and cooling-off periods as available within the account settings. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to contact our support team immediately.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your h baje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, h baje will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by h baje

h baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the requested time frame; or a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure. In cases of suspension for investigation, h baje will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the Player where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. h baje will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

h baje does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages or force majeure events. h baje will not be liable for any loss of gameplay, pending bets, or account access arising from unplanned downtime.

8.2 Bets Placed During Technical Errors

If a game, odds feed, or transaction system experiences a material error that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, h baje reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stake to the Player's account balance. Under no circumstances will h baje be obligated to honour a bet or payout that arose from a demonstrable technical malfunction, pricing error, or software fault, even if the Player has already been notified of a win.

8.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h baje's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 No Warranty

The h baje platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. h baje makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the continuous availability of any specific game or market. Players use the Platform at their own risk.
